B & XL Enterprise provides installation services for manual and electric ceiling-mounted clothes drying racks across Klang Valley. Installation requirements may differ depending on the product model, ceiling type, ceiling height, available space and site conditions. The charges below are for installation labour and standard installation preparation. Product price is not included. Additional charges may apply for special site conditions, longer travel distance or additional support work.

Plaster Ceiling Installation
Plaster ceiling installation may require opening part of the ceiling, adding timber and metal support, installing the drying rack, and patching the opening after completion. Basic white paint touch-up is included. The repaired area may still remain slightly visible and cannot be guaranteed to return exactly to its original appearance.
Before Booking an Installation
Please provide: 1. The product model you plan to install. 2. Your location and property type. 3. Your ceiling type: concrete, plaster ceiling or another structure. 4. The approximate ceiling height and available installation space. 5. Photos of the proposed installation area, when available.
Condominium and Apartment Installations
Customers are advised to confirm renovation or drilling rules with the building management before the appointment. Where available, please obtain information about concealed water pipes, electrical wiring or other ceiling services. Installation timing may also need to follow the building management’s permitted working hours.

Different ceilings, structures and site conditions require different installation methods. These are examples from actual B & XL Enterprise installations.
Plaster Ceiling Installation Case
This installation was completed on a plaster ceiling site. We first opened the ceiling for inspection and structural handling, then completed the drying rack installation with attention to secure mounting, smooth operation and a clean finished look.
Awning / Metal Roof Installation
Awning and metal-frame structures differ from standard concrete ceilings. Before installation, we assess the beam positions, structural direction and available height, then adjust the mounting position and level according to the actual site conditions.
Uneven Ceiling Height Installation
The ceiling had a clear height difference, with the mounting points on different levels. The installation positions and wire paths were adjusted according to the actual structure so the drying rack could still operate properly under uneven ceiling conditions.
Installation Around a Ceiling Fan
The installation area had a ceiling fan in the center, so the drying rack could not be mounted in the usual centered position. The mounting position was adjusted based on the fan blade clearance, available ceiling space and site structure while keeping the drying area practical.
